You occupied Wall Street
Because you couldn’t find a job
But you left me hanging
When you took off with that mob
I know you’re special
A gorgeous one of a kind
So I’m coming back now
I guess I kind of lost my mind
It’s a better feeling
When I hold you in my arms
It’s a better feeling
Together we are strong
The tide is turning
We’re running out of time
If we stick together
Who knows what we will find
It’s a better feeling
When I hold you in my arms
It’s a better feeling
Together we are strong
A better feeling
We’ve been holding off too long
It’s a better feeling
Together we are strong
It’s a better feeling
When I hold you in my arms
It’s a better feeling
Together we are strong
A better feeling
A better feeling
It’s a better feeling

We pass the hat because it keeps our dreams alive
We need your money cuz it helps us to survive
If you don’t give at all, well, God gets quite annoyed
You’ll spend eternity cast into the void
We pass the hat because our time is getting near
We need your money to complete the fiscal year
We pay our salaries and bills with petty cash
And leave the rest of you forging through the trash
We got so big
We got so fat
We got so hard
What’s wrong with that?
Well, it all adds up
Yes, it all adds up
Yes, it all adds up
When the spirit calls
When the spirit calls
We take your money and we put it in the bank
In case our real estate investments ever tank
We lead the faithful and they do what they are told
So we can build our church with spires made of gold
We got so much
We got so rich
We leave you scraps
So why do you bitch?
Because it all adds up
Yes, it all adds up
Yes, it all adds up
When the spirit calls
When the spirit calls
When the spirit calls
You’ve got to have the balls
To buy shopping malls
And Niagara Falls
When the spirit calls
You’ve got to have it all
You’ve got to have it all
You’ve got to have it all

Gold as the dust that settles on your brow
Cold as the wind that rustles through the bough
Gold in your eyes and the fever starts to fail
Cold in your hands as they fumble for the grail
Here it comes
Setting sun
In the barrel of a gun
It starts to show
Starts to grow
In the feathers of the crow
It's never done
Setting sun
End of days has just begun
Make it so
Make it go
Setting sun will always glow
Old as the bones that rattle in your tomb
Young as the night and the darkness starts to bloom
Old as the day in the comfort of the womb
Young as a rose with its poisonous perfume
Here it comes
Setting sun
In the barrel of a gun
It starts to show
Starts to grow
In the feathers of the crow
It's never done
Setting sun
End of days has just begun
Make it so
Make it go
Setting sun will always glow
Always glow

The words are finally aligned
The feeling that was left unkind
The rumors that were never said
Were only stuck inside your head
In your head -- no one can save you
In your head – no one can save you now
In your bed – no one can touch you
In your head – no one can touch you now
The hour glass is floating down
The best is sleeping underground
The rain is turning into rust
The mountains crumble into dust
In your head -- no one can free you
In your head – no one can keep you down
In your bed – no one can hold you
In your head – no one can hold you down
No one loves you
No one knows you
No one loves you more than me
No one sees you
No one feeds you
No one needs you more than me
In your head
In your head
In your head – no one can touch you
In your head

It's just a dream
That keeps me awake
I want to scream out
There's only so much I can take
I was beholden
And very powerless
If your path was golden
I couldn't care less
I could throw the sweetest curve
If I only had the nerve
I don't care what people say
I live my life the lonely way
And when your nose gets out of joint
I see I've almost made my point
Won't you leave me alone?
It's just a day
That turns into a week
And as the years stray
Into a losing streak
I could sing the sweetest tune
As we dance into our ruin
I don't care what people think
I write my tale in poison ink
And when your lie gets in my way
A rotten case of truth decay
Won't you leave me alone?

I am the puzzle you can never resolve
The stain you cannot dissolve
I am the gold lost down the drain
The ghost riding on the wings of the plane
I am the time you can never get back
The qualities you will always lack
I am the word on the tip of the tongue
Forgotten photos of when you were young
I evade you
I evade you
I am the aura that blinds your eyes
Possibilities you could never realize
The glue pulling you to the earth
The devil child never given birth
I am the dream that you can’t recall
The glass eye that you took off the ball
I am the message that you never sent
A missing circus and an empty tent
I evade you
I evade you
I am the force you cannot resist
The revolution you cannot desist
I sell tickets to the end of days
And leave you hanging in an empty maze
I evade you
I evade you
I am the puzzle you could never resolve
I persuade you
The stain that you could never dissolve
I invade you

Though you've only just met me
My crystal ball is ready
I'd like to make a prediction
About your coming affliction
Your family annoys you
Their venon almost destroys you
The bickering is endless
And leaves you full of resentment
And it feels like a bad dream
Feels like a bad dream
Mother Nature's crawling
Through the fields of Holland
Overrun with vermin
It was pre-determined
Though you've only just met me
You're trying to forget me
The ones who drive you crazy
You will be like them some day
It may trouble your aesthetics
But you share their genetics
So one way or another
You will end up like your mother
And it feels like a bad dream
Feels like a bad dream
Mother Nature's brawling
Like bowling pins we're falling
Overcome with bourbon
It was pre-determined
Mother Nature's calling
Genghis Kahn and Stalin
Duchesses in ermine
It was pre-determined
Mother nature
Mother nature
Mother nature
Though you've only just met me
I know you won't forget me

Take that man back to Texas
Where he longs to be
He’s had his fame and fortune
And share of misery
Now he wants to drive the tractor
Through a nuclear reactor
That boat is sinking in the sea
He led us down the path
And now it’s time to end
No longer young and supple
Break instead of bend
You all got what you wanted
The sharp edge dulled and blunted
A dying garden left to tend
Round, round
Treading the same ground
Down, down
Turn this thing around
There is change in the air
In the headlights everywhere
A revolution will return
Spread the ashes that we burned
The wind is gonna turn
The wind is gonna turn
Take that man to the palace
Quick as you can go
Place him upon the throne
And let the people know
Stuck in a deep recession
It’s time for a succession
Plant the seeds and let them grow
Round, round
Treading the same ground
Down, down
Turn this thing around
There is change in the air
In the headlights everywhere
A revolution will return
Spread the ashes that we burned
The wind is gonna turn
The wind is gonna turn

Hidden in the floorboard
Underneath the bed
Blood still running
Pounding in my head
Heart still pumping
I’m trying to ignore
Now the heat is coming
Rapping at my door
Can’t you see?
Yes, I’m quite all right
Can’t you tell?
Would you like a light?
Nervous time
I could make some tea
Nervous time
There’s nothing wrong with me
Say what you will
Any man could learn to kill
Say what you like
Any man could learn to strike
Wicked eye staring
Deep into my soul
Wait until he’s sleeping
Before I take control
Heart still pumping
Ticking in my head
Burning in my ears
The shouting of the dead
Can’t you tell?
I like to stay up late
Can’t you see?
I don’t believe in fate
Nervous time
Won’t you take a seat?
Nervous time
There’s nothing wrong with me
Say what you will
Any man could learn to kill
Say what you like
Any man could learn to strike
Deep in the night
Like a moth is drawn to light
His evil eye
Had to shut, it had to die

I’m gonna get you . . . off of your spot
I’m gonna show you . . . what is and what’s not
Take a bath in the sunlight
The rays will be washing you clean
Nothing left in the sunlight
I can’t see a thing but the beam
I’m gonna find you . . . light up the dark
I’m gonna touch you . . . with fire and spark
Take a bath in the sunlight
The rays will be washing you clean
Nothing left in the sunlight
I can’t see a thing but the beam
Take a bath in the sunlight
The rays will be washing you clean
Nothing left in the sunlight
I can’t see a thing but the beam
I’m gonna burn you . . . peel off the skin
I’m gonna free you . . . don’t you want to begin?
Take a bath in the sunlight
Take a bath in the sun
Take a bath in the sunlight
Take a bath in the sun

The people of this town disappear at night
Scramble like bugs in the kitchen light
I don't want to know what they fear
Hiding in the shadows . . . the shadows coming near
Night will fall
And cover you with rust
Night will call
In the darkness we will trust
Something wicked stirring in the trees
Satan's little hookers on their knees
Insanity billows in the breeze
Lethal spores in the air . . . in the air we breathe
Night will fall
And polish you with dust
Night will call
In the darkness we will trust
I can hear scratching in the wall
Waiting for the somber dark to fall
Waiting for the solemn lullabies
Waiting for the darkness . . . the darkness always lies
Night will fall
And cover you with rust
Night will call
In the darkness we will trust
Night will fall
Darkness we will trust
Night will call
In the darkness we will touch

I cover my eyes
Because I don’t want to see
The reflection looking back at me
I cover my heart
Because I won’t play the part
Love should never be art
It should be real
Should make you feel
Like you could die
And you wouldn’t mind
It happens too fast
A nuclear blast
Blows you apart
Opens your heart
Love should be blind
Cover your eyes, cover your eyes
Love should be blind
I cover my ears
Because I don’t want to hear
The gasp when I look in the mirror
I cover my mouth
Because I don’t like the sound
Of my forehead hitting the ground
It’s so surreal
Love makes you feel
Like you could kill
You know the drill
Before you know
It doesn’t let go
Blows you apart
Opens your heart
Love should be blind
Cover your eyes, cover your eyes
Love should be blind
Cover your eyes, cover your eyes

Clouds obscure the sun
There are whitecaps on the water
As we move in single file
At the service for his daughter
I’m not afraid
I’m not afraid
I’m not afraid
Of the dark
No one is immune
Come Hell or high water
I can’t hold back my sorrow
But I can hold my daughter
She’s not afraid
She’s not afraid
She’s not afraid
She’s not afraid
She’s not afraid
She’s not afraid
Of the dark

It's so nice to make your acquaintance
Step outside, it's a lovely view
Better bring a team of accountants
In case it doesn't add up for you
It's so easy to make it hard
It's so easy to make it hard
It's so easy to make it hard for you
Don't be so afraid of the future
You're not doomed to repeat the past
I could make you the deal of a lifetime
Or shackle you tight to the mast
It's so easy to make it hard
Take young Sherlock to Scotland Yard
It's so easy to make it hard for you
Take the suitcase and count the money
I assure you it's all there
You may think I drive a hard bargain
And I'm finally out of your hair
Woman, wine, luxury, cash
From your shaking hands, let the dice roll
Take the money, you can take the money
You can take the money
I get your soul
It's so easy to make it hard
It's so easy to make it hard
It's so easy to make it hard
It's so easy to make it hard for you

All of the Above is a compilation of songs played live by Brahms’ Third Racket – Wishnefsky’s current project.
In a live setting, B3R consists of Wishnefsky (guitar, keyboards, lead vocals), R. Matthew Carroll (bass, guitar, backing vocals) and David Rodgers (drums, no vocals since Dave is the strong, silent type; plus his singing bares a striking resemblance to the death moans of a drowning brontosaurus which, though pleasing to some ears, doesn’t quite fit stylistically with B3R’s usual sonic approach).
These songs are culled from B3R’s first record Strings Attached and a number of Wishnefsky solo records (Sunlight Disinfectant, Fiasco – Book One, Nightwalker, Idiot Proof). This is not the complete collection of songs B3R might play live. They have been known to play new unreleased material, older Wishnefsky material, and even a few songs from Wish and Dave’s old band Jabberwock. B3R does not repeat the same set. They keep it fresh, kind of like the mints in the bowl at the reception desk of a nice hotel.
The idea here is to make it easier for you (listener, fan, music enthusiast, glutton for punishment) to become familiar with some of the material B3R might play for you at one of their performances.
Unless you know where to look, it is not that easy to blindly stumble upon B3R music. At this current juncture in time, the popular media outlets have yet to discover B3R and expose its repertoire to the huddled masses. This is sad or, perhaps, fortunate, depending on your perspective. Not many have discovered B3R, but those who have done so might prefer to keep B3R all to themselves. Of course, it is our great hope that you enjoy listening to this music and that it inspires you in some fashion, preferably a positive one. We would be most appreciative if you chose to spread the word about B3R. We would also be quite understanding if you chose instead to focus your attention on other unrelated endeavors. We want you to be happy. Really. You see, an unhappy audience hurls objects at the stage and that creates liability issues we prefer to avoid if at all possible. Frankly, we’d like to see you nice and happy because we care about you a lot. By coincidence, we also care a lot about the health and safety of the band members on stage. Plus, though they are tax write-offs technically speaking, we’d like to keep our insurance premiums relatively low. You know how carriers love to jack up the rates for repetitive claims arising from audience-projectile-versus-band-member injuries. Besides, we want to perform as well as possible for you, which could be challenging to accomplish while wearing helmets and armored clothing and having to duck from a barrage of flying beer bottles, chairs, vegetables, and waitresses. While you might derive some nefarious satisfaction and relieve some deep seated psychological angst by whipping a well-aimed ashtray at the stage that renders the drummer unconscious, the remaining conscious band members would then likely find it hard to play in time. The music would suffer; thereby causing further insult to the audience’s sensibilities and running the risk of inciting further violence towards the band. A negative feedback loop would result: bad vibes basically, both literally and figuratively. We seek to avoid such a nasty state of affairs. Hence, the bottom line is we want you to be very very very happy when we play music for you. Nonetheless, just so there are no surprises and out of an abundance of caution, our pre-performance preparation may include super-gluing removable objects and small animals to the tables and walls. Not that we don’t trust you or anything.
